2) Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers may not be eligible for return.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not be accepted.

3) Return Process

  • To request a return, please contact our customer support with:

    • Order ID

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images of the issue (if damaged/defective)

  • Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

4) Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

5) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

6) Shipping for Returns

  • Return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared after approval.

  • In case of wrong/damaged product, return shipping will be handled by us.

7) Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed; customers must follow the return process.
